Come to an Open House at ICC's Silicon Valley campus to learn about our award-winning, professional programs in Culinary, Culinary + Farm-To-Table, Pastry, Italian Culinary (including living/working in Italy) and Wine. No prior experience necessary—our fast-track education will help you go from zero to professional skill level in just months. Earn a diploma and a chance to do what you love for a living, with our Career Services helping you throughout your career.

The evening begins with a presentation about our programs, followed by a tour, then a chef demonstration or a guided wine tasting by a Master Sommelier.
